We believe every client should be able to reach a licensed advisor easily and independently. This statement describes what we do and how to ask for help if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
Zaki Enterprise is committed to providing a website, client portal, and AI concierge that are usable by the widest possible audience. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across all of our public-facing digital properties.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, meaningful headings, and skip-to-content links.
- Keyboard-navigable forms, menus, and dialogs.
- Sufficient color contrast and scalable typography.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on interactive icons.
- Ongoing testing with modern screen readers and assistive technology.
In-person accommodations
Our Houston office is available for in-person consultations. If you need an accommodation for a visit — including a translator, additional time, or a private room — please tell us in advance and we will do our best to arrange it.
