Privacy Policy

Last updated · January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zaki Enterprise collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with our website, portal, AI concierge, and licensed advisors.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us, book an appointment, submit an intake form, upload documents, chat with our AI concierge, or become a client. This includes identifiers (name, email, phone, address), demographic details, tax and financial information required to prepare a return, and insurance information required to quote or enroll a policy.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — device type, browser, IP address, pages visited — to keep the site secure and to improve how it works. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How we use information

  • To prepare and file tax returns and to respond to IRS or state notices.
  • To quote, apply for, and service health, Medicare, auto, home, commercial, small group, and E&O insurance.
  • To communicate with you about your matter by phone, email, and — only if you opt in — SMS.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website, client portal, and AI concierge.
  • To meet our legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information only where necessary: with the IRS, state tax agencies, and insurance carriers to complete the services you request; with vetted service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, e-signature, secure email); and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Security

Client data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel via multi-factor authentication, and our client portal maintains audit logs of document activity. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the standard of care a licensed tax and insurance practice is expected to maintain.

5. SMS messaging

SMS messaging is optional and only enabled after you check the SMS opt-in box on one of our forms. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP.

7. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside of information parents provide about dependents for tax purposes.

8. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
